commercial construction 400k plus a month
LOl has offer from PayPal.. 300k 11% (treu APR ) both partners have 700 plus fico ... nothing doing do right ?

11% loan? Why not get him a LOC that will be cheaper and beat the offer?
It's a FULL DOC loan, but credit lines are always better then loans.

VERY few people offer ABL LOC's for Commercial Construction. We work with a few groups that do- they prefer Subs- not GC's.
