Who is able to buy this out and fund $50K?
No way to convert processing.. as they have a very niche type of gateway to process monthly memberships.

This definitely looks like a tough one to get done, however, if the client has collateral to pledge with enough NET equity, we should be able to put together a relatively solid offer.
