Anyone heard of liftforward or funded a deal with them?

Merchant was declined and went to their bank the following week and got an unsecured bank loan at 5% over 5 years....

I've heard of them.... Not signed up with them but probably should... never heard of those rates though coming from them though...

It has been a really long time but my company has funded deals with them before. They have a guy here who posts every now and then, Sean Najieb (I might have misspelled his last name), he is a good guy. I believe the vast majority of LiftForward deals are RE backed so that might have been the reason for the decline.

The Folks at Liftforward are very Real Estate specific. They are good guys (we just closed a 350k deal with them last week)- but they themselves will admit that their 'box' isn't a very large one.

They came in at 24 months in the low 20's on a company that had several positions- saving the client over 25k per month.

Definitely NOT a long term answer- but part of the solution as a Bridge to long term notes

They are good people over there. We should be closing one up with them by the end of the week. Like Richard mentioned it's all about the real estate. If you need a contact over there I recommend Sean Najieb.
