Infusion Soft (CRM)
Anyone currently working with them?
Thoughts on the overall features or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

They are trying to have a seamless interface to be more user friendly Wall Street Funder
But like any interface calling customer support a zillion times to tweak it the way that can be beneficial for you and your team is in your hands!!
Can't touch Salesforce!!!!Disclaimer

I've personally had no experience with Infusion but CraaaCraaa Radio is right in saying nothing touches Salesforce. SF really does provide a platform in which companies can have exactly what they want in a CRM. The key thing is being able to configure it right.
If you are potentially looking at a CRM for MCA's, I recommend Fundingo which is an app working off of the Salesforce platform. It was created by industry experts specifically for the MCA market and is already gaining a lot of traction with over 40 MCA's using it already, many of them big names in the MCA space.
I am one of the software consultants at Fundingo so if you are interested in finding more information about it feel free to reach out to me and I'll be more than happy to help.Greg Catling

Please contact me to schedule a demo for MCA Track. Our system does everything a Direct Funder needs. From tracking MCA deals that are credit card splits, debiting merchants on ACH deals, paying syndicators and much more. We also don't charge a per user fee and offer a flat monthly fee.
