    $500K with stock as collateral

    I have a public company (un-marginable stock trading under $5) looking to use the stock as collateral. They are looking for $500k, short term, while they tie up a few bigger deals in the works.

    They are rate sensitive. Does anyone have any lenders they can recommend. Direct only, no brokers please.
