I have been hearing a lot about reverse consolidations on this forum. Are they real and do they work? Has any experienced broker dealt with a funder doing these type of deals and that are succesful with them. Please let me know. If this is real. I have a lot of clients that could really use it.

There real that's for sure. It works very well, only if the merchant does not take any advances. If they take a refi / additional position while on the program, merchant is screwed. But it can very much work, I have Two very solid connections if interested PM me.

Not at all. It's like crack in the 80's.They will just re stack again and get over leveraged. That's the majority of merchants and you have some and it's rare that do stop the stacking. But 99% of the time they will restack, and that's what made dealstruk go out of business and sell the portfolio.
