    Fundation. Even a bit more flexible on the EBITDA / Tax Return add-backs / DSCR ratios...

    While I like the guys at Fundation- its a tough box to fit into. Most loans top out at 250- but the 100k or less product is most expeditious..

    I havent seen anything that comes close to what they offered. Might also why they are not around anymore. Doesn't seem like a sustainable model

    They're around and still funding, but only working with brokers that have brought significant volume.

    I think we can be an alternative to Funding Circle and Fundation. We are a direct lender focusing on $50,000 - $1,000,000 secured Senior and Junior capitalizations on both Real Estate and Equipment. We pay rebate as well.

    FundingCircle alternative would be an unsecured term loan 1-5 years from 6%-25% respectively
    No pre-pay penalty.

    We can't review unsecured today. Our investor board would fire us... We are creative and can review junior positions along with sale lease backs.
