Yes will be in touch very soon Richard. Client is in the state of California, excellent credit, more then enough collateral. He does have one SBA currently for 1.7 which was used to purchase building one of his businesses operates out of. The building is worth almost 6m now. Is there such thing as having 2 SBA's or is that a deal killer?

Not necessarily a deal killer. We can restructure 7A with a 504, however we need to fully understand the rate and DSCR on the old note before we can make a recommendation. SBA is more expensive that many traditional lenders with Real Estate. Perhaps we can do a straight refi on the RE and analyze the other portion of the equation..
