FICO is purposely not included in Cooper's scoring model. And I relatively certain all the competitors CraaCraa named routinely fund below 500 FICO's. After all anyone can fund A&B deals, most of us appreciate an ISO shop margin's are largely determined by the % of the C,D and worse type files they fund-

Sub 500, as in 485-495? Or sub 500 as in 425 - 450?

We do not run credit, not even a soft pull, nor does it play into our underwriting decision. As someone said earlier though, we are a 1st position-only funder. If they have an existing position, we can move forward if they can net 50% after pay-off. Multiple positions is a no.
