I have a client that did 3.2MM last year. They are moving into a new space and can not take a mortgage out on the property. They need 1MM but are willing to take less and try to find the rest of the capital else where.

The owner is not a US citizen, he is from China. I am unsure if he has a work visa, waiting on that info still.

Please let me know if anyone can take a look at this deal.

Recently came across Deal that pearl funded nicely as a first, merchant was non US but had working visa!
