I like Mike Daniels at Cresthill. We used to do many deals together but the majority of our deal flow these days are A-Paper. I'll shoot him a deal from time to time. Cresthill/Mantis has done us very good in the past. Fast Commission Payout etc. Mike will even go out of his way and help sell the deal if you ask him to.

U used a term in your thread yesterday that can be characterized as slander and defamation to our corporate integrity. Most A paper companies with in-house sales work with our firm for many years and probably 9 out of 10 MCA savvy firms..we have one of the best names in the subprime space. (along with other companies).

you can come here and say facts ..if you have them.

“Crooks” I should of used better judgment and not jump to conclusions. However, as I see based of this threat they aren’t really trustworthy.

Not really.

There is a difference in "words"... I do not know what was said, didn't see it so I am not commenting on that in particular.

But there is a huge difference between opinion/ fact or slander and defamation.

Just like you have the right to free speech until you yell "fire" in a crowded theatre or discrimination in a workplace.
