I thought this would be easy but after submitting to 3 "lenders", only have one real offer but is a bit high for the merchant -- it includes $1K in fees between ACH, Origination and "success fee". Yeah, I know...

CA, NSF's aren't a problem. A Paper lender in first.

If credit is over 550, try Nebula and Libertas. CA isn't a problem for either.. and they do fair 2nd's.

Watch out for Nebula. We got burned with the last deal we sent them. The deal funded and we never got paid on it. Our emails and calls have been simply ignored.
