Got a guy making $600k average pm, 750+ FICO, TIB 5 years, $180k 1st position balance. He owns $130k of inventory at any time, but the rest is on floor plans.
He needs $100k-$200k for expansion. Looking for buyout or second pos

Which lenders would be a good bet for over 100k?
