Typically these types of transactions I know take about 30 days to close but I'm hoping for a miracle here. Are their any direct lenders that can close something like this in 10 days or less??? PM me

Depends on their credit and if you want the credit checked.. depends on property type...income producing non income ...

stabilized or distressed? property lifecycle?

2O lenders depending... 24-hour approval, some with or without prepay penalty...30 days is close

Also if they have rolling leases...vacancy during renovation etc etc dip or acquisition.

Is not a simple answer not knowing those factors
