yes, got the run around for two weeks claiming they can do this and everything looks good blah blah blah (granted the file did have some issues) but i kept being told yes yes yes yes yes it will be done for 1mill....finally they give me the terms and it comes out for 100k. then magically he gets funded by another broker. Now im not saying they back doored and that is why I wouldn't send them ever another file, I will never send it for the two week run around of them saying yes they would do the deal and last minute come to me with bull**** offer. I would have preferred a no upfront saved myself the time.
