    Or go to a hard money lender who does no doc or sisa

    They do not like re property managers through a few can squeeze it through in certain cases

    I can get them a fix & flip LOC. Hard money, I/O, rates 7-10% with 2 points (1 points to lender, 1 point to broker) plus up to 1.5 additional points.

    5 times the lender's current liquidity.

    Wonderful product.

    Micah That does sound like a wonderful product. The problem that I am having, is that I have clients that are competing against other investors, and cant get to the table fast enough with a proof of funds letter. Can I cal you tomorrow? Thanks Kevin Harms
