The client is seeking $300,000 to do a low budget children's film.
This film will be for foreign distribution. The distributor will buy the film from the production company for $300,000.
The distributor will execute a contract stating that he'll do so. Payment from the distributor will happen 3-6 months from delivery of the film.
The $300K will cover production costs and loan repayment until then.
Ideally the client would like to have an interest only loan for 12 months and a balloon in the final month.
FICO is above 700.

We've referred them to those BLOC programs (max is usally 150K with good credit) So not sure if he will get all his money this way but at least he may be able to create a good credit team and get funding-
