Help Please
I have a landlord in NY who is looking for a 300K line of credit. Wants the line personally rather than through his company. Willing to use a property worth at least $1million as collateral. Due to credit issues, says he cannot go to a bank for a mortgage/equity loan. Anyone know of any sources that could fund him?
