    Dismissed BK Two Months Ago...Need Lender

    Have a good Landscape / garden center that has good revenue but had a BK in November which was dismissed. Merchant needs 90k or more. Average 150-200k/month

    Located in NY. Have Dismissal letter for BK...

    Dismissal of BK is not a good thing, it's not the same as a 'discharge'. What was the BK chapter and why was it dismissed?
