Give me a buzz, I may be able to you out with the equipment. Cannabis equipment purchases are always harder to fund in the traditional equipment finance world, but it's possible and most certainly not an MCA.

Are they Bank Accounts in the Company Name? What State is the business located?

Cannabis equipment purchases are always harder to fund in the traditional equipment finance world, but it's possible and most certainly not an MCA.

When funding into the Cannabis industry- is there really a different regulatory hurdles for MCAs, as opposed to those applicable to loan products? Or are you only make the distinction specifically as to purchase money obligations used to purchase equipment?

Specifically for money designated for purchasing equipment is harder to get. Nothing to do with MCAs.
The key is knowing how to monetize these products, so that the broker points are there.
