Doing around 60-100k each account. Did 2.4MM last year(on tax returns)

Would anyone do this deal using both accounts or would I only be able to get an approval based off of the account with low nsf's

Big spread between 60K and 100K - but, depending on the total picture a credit card split with lock-box may be an option.

This is a non-issue for Superior. We would underwrite both accounts. We also focus more on # of negative days than NSFs.
