    Looking for Syndicators / Syndication Leads

    Good Morning,

    Looking for syndication partners on a large $500K plus deal on an established A lender platform. The deal has been completely underwritten (financials etc) and ready to fund today. The A lender has a hard cap on how much they are able to pledge on any given funding. We are looking for an additional $200k to have the deal funded. Please call (214)766-9357 for more details.

    This is not on the Colonial platform. We would have this deal wrapped up at this point if it was. This is a newer (2 years in business) A lender. They have a very (very) thorough underwriting process but they are just starting to build out syndication.
