From what I heard.... Prosperum will fund inhouse up to 20k, anything above goes to a few syndicates that syndicate with everyone.

I just took this off of LinkedIn, from a former Prosperum employee, this person claims that Prosperum was backdooring deals, people need to be careful of who they work with:

So key word would be FORMER? any reason why this person waited until they became a FORMER employee to speak up?

Probably because they would have been fired for saying anything beforehand...

It is always a shame when a disgruntled former agent tries to accuse us of the very thing that caused the termination of our relationship with her. We all know how hard it is to gain a merchant's trust and when an individual betrays that trust by back dooring submissions from ISOs it makes us and the ISO look very bad. This is a practice that is not tolerated by Prosperum Funding and hence we now have this disgruntled person saying this about us. We have been in this industry for a long time and have not had any of these issues before.

How about you let the ISOs bringing the deal worry about building the trust with a merchant. And how about a Direct Funder underwrite and FUND. You and your "agents" trying to do both is incredibly difficult to manage and track. Why not pick a core competency and stick to it? Trying to do it all without scale is trouble. I'll pass.

I can appreciate that. Our ISOs always keep direct contact with their merchants. I was simply referring to something we can all relate to which is building trust with a merchant is top priority and can be difficult in an industry that has so many brokers.

We are actually a direct funder! Personally I have funded 26k in-house this week. I can send you a listing of our sweet spots if you'd like.
