Sorry I am late to the game here. Too busy closing deals so I don't check in here very often. :-)
270 unit multi-family fits nicely in my wheelhouse. Typical terms for something like this is 8% - 9% rate (all depending upon credit/property) with a 30 year term. Low doc.
