I’d like to know position, term, commission, stips, and speed that you feel is missing in this industry.

This is too broad a question.

What technically is missing is integrity, honor and an ability for people play nice in the sandbox. ( because money is involved, big money)

What missing is a true down and dirty education into Finance ( which can only be learned first hand AFTER people lose money)

Whats missing isn't speed term ( everyone likes same day funding lowest rates longer terms)

Whats missing is "peace of mind" . Knowing that when you send a deal to someone they are not just set up to collect applications to backdoor you. Or snag a deal here or there when you are not looking.
**In defense of Funders or Super Isos. What missing are brokers who care about the deals defaulting and qualifying with underwriting in mind.
People, in general, will cut each other's throat for money, big corporations cut costs, hide cheat ( at the shareholder's expense and customers).So it isn't just, salespeople, brokers and finance people that are bad guys ( they just get the blame on things because of big salaries and commission made )

What missing are intelligent people who can think outside the box and BUY what people are selling and SELL what people are buying
Whats missing is some who will follow up post( to counter me) will not understand what I wrote and babble on and on about "vertical" "esoteric scoring model" "box" "rate" and say I am off topic.


Then when you get upset you think to yourself...
" if everyone knew what you knew, there would be more competition...HIT THE PHONE"

I was going to but saw the industry collapsing and was taking a guess on who would be left standing ...
Since I am cheap and I hate losing money ( defaults) and I feel like the merchant conned me( which makes me furious )...id have to watch the money like a hawk personally. And if someone co-mingled the funds that I gave them...id be in direct conflict and getting in trouble for fraud by association, so again its another job...cant do everything.

go ask my hedge fund friends who watch these boards how they fell about putting money into deals with certain people lol I had to answer to a hedge fund association about the MCA industry once...it was embarassing.

Why don't I just create a new crypto currency like thrs....who says they print $1 in thrs for every $1 they have...( but cant be audited so you cant really tell if there is a real dollar backing it )

And every time bitcoin surges I convert out these imaginary millions into bitcoin and turn it into cash....seems simpler.

We do child support. If bankruptcy has been discharged we will do that too. All I need is the bankruptcy paper work and a list of all the creditors. If bankruptcy was dismissed over 2 years ago, that is another thing we do.
