I wish LoanMe let ISO's do more of the legwork. I would get **** done. But it all depends on what Rep the particular deal is assigned to, some of the loanme reps SLACK OFF major.

That is my only complaint about LoanMe, let us do legwork - it benefits everyone - we can push deals along.

They are solid for the right deals, they look primarily at the last two months banks and credit. Deal size ranges from 3.5-75k depending on the state and they have a specialty program for CA deals. Like what Ryan said though, they handle everything. You go to the portal upload the contact info + banks and loanme calls/takes care of the rest.

yeah I would have a hard time dealing with that. I am not built to hand a deal off and just wait to see what happens
