I maybe a newbie but I dont think there is anything wrong with trying to fund deals. I would think that what most of us on here are trying to do is network and fund deals.

100% just your name, the name of your company, what you do, and any other pertinent info might help if funding deals is what you want to acomplish. People might be more likely to speak to you about deals if they have this info... just saying

And get deals done. And always Pay our ISO's.

Obviously each deal is different. When dealing with Defaults/Judgments Etc.

It is possible to Fund. On a Case by Case basis.
