DIRECT LENDERS ONLY. Need 10K for contractor, have 3 months banks, deposits 8k, 11k, 14k increasing revenue. No outstanding advances. Credit about 600. Open child support collection for 16k.

Help me with this quick little base hit and I have more for you. Need 12 points MINIMUM. Thanks.

when you construction you should be thinking Cresthill/Mantis ... outside of perhaps trucking/transportation (and restaurants) Construction is right at the top!! we know how to fund them for perhaps little larger offers then most....
