I have a unique situation.

I have a non-profit opening a store front that will be selling pet products and food. They have a ton of inventory sitting there waiting for the store to open. It all totals up to about 500k retail (170k wholesale). The opening of the store front was delayed due to plumbing issues during an inspection. They are looking for around 50k in order to take advantage of a few opportunities, one of which is being a part of the gift bags at the Grammy's.

They have no revenue currently and would be basing this 100% on inventory. Anyone out there that can find a way to tackle this?

Inventory plays depend on the inventory- and how swiftly someone could recoup their investment if the borrower goes sideways.

Since there is no revenue- spending time on this may not make sense..

No one will PO finance that, but there are the guys that do business credit and personal loans if they have great credit
