Looking for 50K funding of a gas station

Looking to fund 50K to gas station in New York State. I will have more details tomorrow but- I am curious which underwriters will deal with this industry. I will of course respond to any funders that can handle this once I receive the completed application and related documentation.

We can work with "non-branded" gas stations as long as they have been in business for at least 1 yr. Their margins are low though. As an example, a restaurant doing $1M/yr in gross sales is going to qualify for about 3x as much as a gas station doing the same volume.
