What type of industry is it? Have you considered Factoring? (if so I can help with that, we go up to 5 Million). jnearing@transfaccapital.com 770-362-2307

Credit Cash, has lower rates from MCA goes up to 3 Million, pays less than industry average, expects cleaner deals.
I remember Brian Stulman saying he was getting into this space before I left the MCA space (not sure how accurate that is though)

credit cash is still around and they do fund larger deals better rates than MCA but so slow. Takes them over a week to review a deal

From what I remember they asked for a lot of stips up front and would not look at a deal to price until they had everything (tax returns, financials, 12 months of statements...) when it was all turned in upfront they responded quickly, getting all the documents upfront always seemed challenging though.

    Viper066,

$3Mil a month depending on what industry should have at least $4-$5Mil in receivables outstanding. That being said, you should really consider getting the client a larger revolving working capital facility. We can accommodate the need and be a good partner if the client continues to grow. Also, a $36Mil Company should NOT be paying more than 15%/year for capital. Kevin.Henry@SeacoastBF.com

We had full docs. They are a great solid company but they are not hurting for deals to review. So if an ISO works with them yes they better have full documents upfront and time expectations with client set

Surprised they weren't jumping on the horn with you with that kind of offer

I can fund deals in excess of $3M, but $1-3M is a sweet spot. Typically these will be done as a Collateral Advance. MCA's can be done at larger amounts as well but may require collateral if there ratios aren't strong.

Feel free to email questions or details to JGlick@1stGlobalCapital.com
