New Franchise Financing
HI...
I have a merchant whose restaurant is on it's way to becoming a FRANCHISE..
The merchant reached out to me to see if I have any programs to help "buyers" obtain financing for "purchasing" the franchise...
Not sure what to do here....
Any suggestions....

Since your client likely does not have a Franchise agreement prepared or a Franchise disclosure document, they are time and capital away from being ale to prepare a prospectus to sell their 'system'.. See attached link:
