Any time a client has Senior Debt on the Balance Sheet for 2.8M (which likely has all of the assets encumbered) AND losses of 175k per month from the prior year, there will need to be a reason why a lender would want to be involved. That the sales have grown is a good sign, but what happens to the lender if the Marketing firm defaults? Assets are already tied up.

Sounds like your client should be going to friends and Family for a raise to support the growth- or go back to the lender that is owed 2.8M to expand the facility to shore up their investment.

If the guarantors personal assets are not all tied up, this might be an opportunity for a Gap Piece lender to come in and charge rates similar to an advance- over say 24 months- alleging they see that their capital will get the client past critical mass. Given the prior losses the most likely scenario is that the client will end up taking advances..

Yep. There’s a 98% chance this guy takes an advance (or multiple). Won’t be too long after that they’re out of business.
