Have you considered ABL or Factoring? It would certainly be a better rate and likely a larger deal for a $13Mil Company.

What industry? A Company doing 13Mil a year probably has at least 1.3-1.5Mil in AR outstanding. If the AR is unencumbered you should be able to get them a larger not bank ABL facility of at least 1.5Mil to 1.7Mil at rates far cheaper than quoted.

Kevin is spot on for clients needing to leverage their balance sheet (AR, Inventory, M&E etc). I suggest reaching out to him. If this is a DSCR play feel free to touch base to see what can be arranged through banks- not asset based lenders. Knowing the industry, whether or not the entity is profitable, the guarantor is credit worthy- with requisite collateral in the event they go sideways will determine if a Bank will want to stand next to them.
