What industry? A Company doing 13Mil a year probably has at least 1.3-1.5Mil in AR outstanding. If the AR is unencumbered you should be able to get them a larger not bank ABL facility of at least 1.5Mil to 1.7Mil at rates far cheaper than quoted.
