We file no UCC’s. So your merchant’s name won’t be out there for other agents or funders to steal your renewal. It happens. Heck, there are services that comb through UCC filings to generate leads for other agents or funders. They won’t find our customers there.

We do not use a Consent of Judgment. It’s bad business. And it gets people sued. This protects us and YOU from becoming a defendant. Probably because one of our owners is a trial lawyer.

We have NO inside sales team. So we won’t back-door you. Some of the big boys have inside sales teams that can pirate deals to avoid your commission. Not us. Some put out their own marketing pieces, bragging about their 20,000 square foot office and 200+ sales people in-house.
