3MM annual revenue looking for 200-300k.
He has 3 equipment leasing loans secured by equipment. Below is a little bit about the merchant so you understand what he does and how he gets his government contracts. He is looking for a term loan product or close to it . He owns the business location but its value is $4.5 million he owes $4. million .Please read below to understand file . maybe ondeck type pricing looking for 200-300k for 12-18mths. Had a default but paid in full.
They install, sale and service smart energy-efficient appliances, products and systems, a lot of use of alternative-energy sources, such as solar and wind d power systems
The funds are to help complete the infrastructure of our new warehouse/store to facilitate the expansion of our installation and service division. They have partnered with many manufacturers to distribute and install solar roof tiles. They purchase equipment, outfitting their warehouse and hiring the personnel needed to fulfill this commitment,
Their mobile fleet consist of four 2017 Dodge 3500 Dual-Axle trucks with 40' Freedom Box Trailers, one 2016 Ford 350 dual-axle truck with 32' Raul Box Trailer, two 2016 Dodge Panel Vans, two 2015 Honda Accords and one 2015 Honda Civic.
Their expected gross revenue for 2017 is between $2,500,000 - $3,000,000. They expect their service division to more than double its revenue from approximately $65,000 a month to $130,000 a month within the next six months, and their sales division to increase its revenue from approximately $120,000 a month to $150,000 a month. They have already began to average over $200,000 a month in total revenue from our expansion efforts thus far. The total cost to the company in the purchase of the warehouse was a little over $500,000 (10% down plus closing related cost). This expenditure has only left them with a little more than half of what they need in their savings account to complete expansion, Which is why they are requesting funds.
