What we do:
Midnight funds high risk deals as well as low risk deals that are able to afford shorter terms. We go out a maximum of 6 months. Most of our deals are between 4-6 months. As long as the merchant is comfortable with a short term deal you will always get an approval.
Our rates are flexible depending on the commission, our buy rates are between 1.25 - 1.32
We fund every industry besides Lawyers, Car Sales, and Construction. Bad credit usually not a problem.
Our stips are minimal, we'll fund 6 figure deals with DL and VC. COJ in transit.

Why Midnight?
The name "midnight advance" was based on an idea of "underwriting until midnight". We do underwrite until midnight, on files that need quick approvals. Few other funding companies will fund as fast as we do. If your file gets approved we will fund the deal 99% of the time, unless the merchant got funded from another funder, that we did not see in the statements.
Our average deal is more than $50k. We fund anything above $20k but we are looking to do bigger deals that have a hard time getting approved by other funders. If you need a quick $100k+ approval with minimal stips, give us a try.

Becoming an ISO:
For many months we operated quietly, with a handful of ISOs. We are now expanding and accepting new ISOs.
We are looking to partner with real ISO shops who originate their own paper and work directly with the merchants.
If you submit a deal with an app that does not match your company's name, we will request a new app.

Backdoor Policy:
We do not tolerate backdooring whatsoever. If your deal gets submitted to us together with 17 other funding houses, do not blame us if it gets backdoored, since it's probably one of the other 16 that did it. If you submit the deal directly to us, together with 2 or 3 reputable companies, you will never have an issue. We don't shop your deal, we don't white label, we don't black label, we don't touch your deal, it's either we fund it or we decline it. If you ever do have an issue, you can always call us and we'll fix it right away. (Or you can post it on Daily Funder... But you can not double fund us, because we will cut you off.)

If you're a serious ISO shop who is looking to do good business, you will make a lot of money with us. If you're an ISO shop that takes ever deal and "Shops it, Hops it, Bops it" don't even sign up with us. We are not interested in that kind of business. We are looking to fund good deals, that have the right intentions to pay, and perhaps even renew if needed.

Good to see you take this principled stand. But does that mean Midnight advance will no longer double fund or stack other funders? Just want to see how intellectually consistent this stand is.
