Have not sent them a single deal since my rep left, but I looked at some old contracts and COJ, and the COJ does go to their office and the contracts doesnt look like any of the paper Yellowstone has. Not vouching for them or anything but someone did ask if the COJ goes to the jersey office of yellowstone, and if the contracts look like any of the yellow paper.
