    Contractor 100k monthly lots of NSFs

    ANy funder take a deal with 12 NSFs in recent month? No OD protection
    Looking into factoring but the previous 3 advance companies not releasing UCC

    Question isn't how many NSF's there are, but how many negative days.

    A contractor of that size might have some equipment you can do a sale/leaseback on, might be the easiest way to get around the neg days

    We can do something if the client has collateral to pledge. Preferably real estate, but we would entertain heavy equipment and machinery.
