Here's the deal - we get a deal in from 10+ brokers called B*** B** for our default program.
Turns out this guy defaulted on us a few months ago and switched entities. He owes 22k
I call the merchant, blasting him why he's playing these games, and expecting us to fund him again..
Bottom line, we worked out a deal with the merchant directly, and no I'm not paying commissions on this deal to the 10 plus brokers who sent it in.

The guy owes us $22k
