From my understanding, Richard sent the deal to a broker, who then sent it to you. You then backdoored it to YSC. It seems they went to TVT to get around your YSC contract, but then you got blasted and came back and offered money. The broker then may have double-funded.
Is that correct? If so, not sure how that’s on Richard, nor do I see how that absolves you? Someone sent you a deal, and you then backdoored. If that’s not the case, please explain. You had a chance to explain yesterday but you kept giving excuses why you didn’t want to talk about it in public. Today, you’re all “publicky” acting. How about some clarity?

Bernie was the former chairman of the NASDAQ stock mark. Would you have hired him?

As many who post here know, it is perfectly okay when Yellowstone steals deals from their partners, but apparently not when they get a taste of their own medicine from within...When you encourage a culture of stealing deals, it will become 2nd nature. There are 5-6 times (that I know of )this past year that YS stole deals from my firm (3 of them were directly from me). And when I say "STOLE" I do me it literally. This wasn't a case of them calling a Merchant after we failed to sell a deal or didn't send back contracts; these were all deals either sold then declined or, declined for some BS reason only to have someone from YS call the Merchant within 24 hours (this is what happened the most often). I have always tried to stay away from YS unless I had no other option, but I won't even use them as a last ditch effort/hail mary for a high risk deal anymore....scumbags.

I've heard of you Anthony (good things) but that's like saying "next time you come to eat at my restaurant make sure you sit in my section. You will get top shelf service." (and meaning it); the only problem is that about half the waiters spit in the under cooked food they serve to a large percentage of their unsuspecting patrons...I believe you are honest and know how to get things done, but I'm still dealing with a chop shop...

Good analogy, I understand what you're saying. Only difference is that I would be the only one you're dealing with here from original submission to funding so no one else can really intervene or hinder the process. I'd make sure it all went smooth. Feel free to call me anytime and maybe we can make something happen.

And stop acting like Mr Big stuff ...the one kid that was supposed to be my rep quit for lack of deals and commission and you are sitting there with ONE person.
I guess you dont care who you pass it off to...i told them that you passed a default as well after i told you the biatch is going under
I tried to be nice
I bet thats why you are always scanning the cojs ....trying to STICK someone with defaults before someone see them...
you think you are playing around with idiots with your fake contacts and 200k no stip dealsLast edited by Karen37a; 04-03-2018 at 09:05 PM.
