Cresthill a direct lender.... sometimes gives white labeled Everest Contracts. I just Funded one last week.

Theres a lot of intertwined things. White Labeling whatever.....

Ive been on the Lending Side. Using someone elses platform is beneficial. Who has the money/time to build out their own? Certainly not me.

The value of Time/Money is a magical thing. The amount of money and time spent building out your own backend..... is not worth it - just use someone elses platform and put that money out on the street.

No, Mantis is a direct funder. Cresthill is a brokerage. If you submit and ask to keep everything on their own paper, they will.

But here’s the thing: mantis/Cresthill is an established player, and you know exactly what you’re getting. When you’re dealing with a white labeler you have no idea how many hands it’s going to touch. And for what?

coj is the easiest way to check, if a company is doing a white label, it wouldnt have there full entity name on the coj

some of the points here about white label are very true, about 30 million a month gets put on colonials platform.
some of the most reputable companies in the industry use colonial as a platform to fund on

At our company we happened to have set up our own processors and crms to fund through. I didnt find it super complicated. all though getting approved for a ach processor as a new company can be difficult

Vital - Vital Use Colonials Platform - they are a direct lender. Would you consider vital a white labeler?

TVT (as an example) - Has their company name on the COJ
Yet the Shipping Label for the COJ goes to where everyone on the yellowstone platform goes

Its their money, lent at their discretion..... just on A PLATFORM. This is not white labeling.

I would say the difference is as follows

some companies have there own underwriters etc, they just use another persons platform, i cant speak for vital as i do not know.

The white label that people should avoid, are companies that dont underwrite but simply piggy back off of others underwriting and are just regurgitating someone elses approval on paper that appears to be theirs.

Marcus didn’t even promote Mantis in this post, so I’m not sure it’s him. Or maybe he’s under duress. Blink twice if you need me to send help.

Very funny Anthony. We fund several 6 digits deals a day plus many many from 2K-15K (by way of our micro funding program— we probably the largest) and then from 15-200K+. If mantis underwriters priced 8k on a file doing 75K then they had a VERY GOOD reason. Mantis underwriters price like F-16 pilots on the side of Airforce One (on a cloudy night).

So you see the cost justifies the service
