Looking for a lender that can fund a not for profit. Not looking for MCA client already has 2 positions out. They are doing 800K monthly, current on tax returns and are showing a net profit of roughly 50K.

    What's the industry?
    What's the credit?
What's the collateral? Who says they need an MCA, maybe they have something else to leverage?
    What's the current debt?

Give us more information, you'll get a lot further.

    Good Morning Mynameisbob,

Other than saying the entity is listed as a Not for Profit- you're not giving much information. In order to say yes something can be done or no it can't be- we need to understand what the entity does, are the principals willing to personally guarantee debt, what other debt exists on the balance sheet etc..

Company is a community health clinic.

    Mendel Out of Monsey, eh?
They won't send me over the YTD P&L, I guess I know why.
He currently took $465k from YS and supposedly has an offer from Prosperum for $800k to buy it out.

I was wondering why he wasn't willing to put up any collateral. He's probably going out of business. One of my lenders told me that a NFP only has taxes on payroll, which means he can't afford to pay his workers!
