    Blue vine default

There's a lawsuit filed on BlueVine in Virginia that just went into default. The merchant says she's a victim of identity fraud. Not sure how you can claim to be a victim of ID fraud after submitting a notarized document.

Not sure, but an article was floated recently about a broker who forged a notarized COJ in the wrong state.....

But then you also have a recorded admission from the merchant, that they signed the document.

Correct. Basically the lawsuit charges a few funders for neglecting to verify the ID, but I wonder what more the funder should have done?
