What kind of Medical Facility?

Is there Senior Debt on Balance Sheet?

What does the Guarantors FICO score look like?

You say there isn't collateral- but there are likely HIPAA receivables on the balance sheet.

Just because an entity is profitable and does $1M per month doesn't mean they have the debt service coverage to pay back $2M on a short term instrument. If they don't have another loan/LOC, and they have the wherewithal to pay back the debt (and strong guarantors(s)it can, and will be done..

I have seen this deal:

Getting $2M for this client can DEFINITELY be arranged, however the December 22 deadline (and that the client is price sensitive) is what makes it QUITE challenging.

Things not mentioned- client has a Bank LOC in place for 600k- so they want to NET $2M over the 600k on an unsecured basis with HIPAA restricted receivables.

Given that the client is doing less than 1M per month, and wants twice that when the bank is in first position- AND the client wants what they want- the way they want it, WHEN they want it makes this deal a time suck. Also factor in the time of year- with Holiday parties etc. and a tough sell gets tougher.

If they brought in 1 group to handle the $2M, plus the job of leveraging the assets on the balance sheet, they would have a much better chance to achieve their goal. Being that they are shopping this they will likely get half way to their $2M goal- maybe 1.2.
