Is this IT Staffing? You should really consider factoring that!

For IT Service or IT Staffing you should consider factoring. I know for you the commission will not be as large up front, however you will make as much or more overtime with the residual. With the 500K monthly billing, a normal factoring line would set him up for around 1MM, our clients average life cycle is 5+ years and you would make a residual for the life of the deal. The factoring line grows as the clients revenue increases.
