Client has a health clinic. Does 15k-20k per month.

Reimbursed by the state 3-4 times a month (her deposits).

Had previous daily payment, apparently had arrangement to do large lump sums to do early payoff (have zero balance letter).

Had an approval but was rescinded because of above reason which was obviously apparent in the bank statements.

1. Who can fund this?
2. Why the hell would a lender rescind a deal on day of funding for something I myself noticed and made obviously apparent to my rep.

need clarification if the previous advance payments were adjusted/suspended prior to the lump sum payoff, and if the account goes negative a lot (bounced payments, etc.) if the balances are strong, revenue is consistent, and good payment history from previous advance we could fund

Try Mulligan.. they are good with low frequency deposits and will consider reasonable explanations for quirky or non-traditional payback activity, like the situation you described. Good luck! Bank definitely needs to be well managed.
