I'm looking for a lender that will help a profitable business pay off old tax liens from 2009. The business has been paying taxes current ever since but has not been able to secure funding to help pay off the old balance due. Please let me know if you have an idea.

Agreed,get an installment agreement in place first, then worry about the advance-unless its a lien against the individual owner-

I may be able to get them up to 250K but is that the only form of loan they will qualify for?
Perhaps two different loans done in conjunction would do it for them.
