Get set-up with Mulligan and submit this deal.. they are okay with low frequency deposits. However, they are strictly a first position only lender and won't accept the deal if there is evidence the merchant ever stacked in the past.

We do not fund merchants in California. If this is the deal I am thinking of, we made an offer as the merchant was a Virginia entity but in stip review we found the merchant lives in and has a location in California so the offer was rescinded.
